What your day will look like:
In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the planning and execution of key projects, working closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure that the New Toowoomba Hospital is ready to provide exceptional care. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all activities align with strategic goals, are completed on time, and meet clinical standards. Your expertise will be essential in identifying risks and developing solutions, while your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous improvement. Regular communication with stakeholders will be key, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and timely progress updates to senior leadership. You'll also contribute to shaping the future of healthcare services in the region, balancing operational needs with innovative healthcare delivery.
