JOB DETAILS: You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers.
Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.
