Clinical Pharmacist
to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our central and regional business units, ensuring safe and effective treatments for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert pharmacy services, supporting both day-to-day and long-term strategy development.
Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to deliver the highest standards of care.
Screen prescriptions to ensure safety, effectiveness, and evidence-based care, particularly in the areas of TPN, antibiotics, and chemotherapy.
Liaise with NHS clinicians and industry professionals to promote our pharmaceutical services.
Support clinical governance, audits, and the development of guidelines.

About You
What We're Looking For:
A registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Experience in hospital pharmacy, especially in TPN or oncology, will be a plus!
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
A team leader who thrives on collaboration and possesses excellent communication skills.
Someone passionate about supporting and advising patients in a primary care setting.
