This position qualifies for a Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (pro-rata part-time/temporary positions less than 18 months), and a reoccurring Annual Retention Bonus valued up to $10,000 (pro-rata part time), under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.To recognise ongoing service in this role, once the successful candidate has served a qualifying period, they will become entitled to a reoccurring Annual Retention Bonus valued up to $10,000 (as taxable income).

How to ApplyTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible: Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, with current general registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Experience in provision of clinical pharmacy services and/or awareness of current issues in clinical pharmacy.
Demonstrated application of effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multi-disciplinary team.
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person centred care patient care.
Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait, Islander patients and families and employees to enhance health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
