About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our optometrists in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on administrative and clinical support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, there's potential to contribute to our practice's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Combine receptionist duties with critical business support activities to enhance practice functionality and patient care.
Provide direct support to our Optometrist.
Assist with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments (training will be provided).
Maintain organised and up-to-date patient records.
Potential opportunity to manage and create content for the practice's social media accounts.

This role is ideal if you are an optical assistant looking to elevate your skills and knowledge to the next level in the field of optometry.
Who You Are:

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in eye care, with an interest in contact lens management and dry eye treatments.

Customer service oriented with a friendly and patient approach.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (desirable).
