Clinical Operations Manager - REGISTERED NURSE$120,000 + Super + Housing Allowance + Additional BenefitsThe role:The Clinical Operations Manager is a critical leadership role accountable to the Chief Executive Officer of East Pilbara Independence Support (EPIS) – Newman.This role will involve travel to our satellite locations of Tom Price and Marble Bar.The primary components of the role:To provide management and oversight across care services in order to deliver the highest quality of care to older persons, through development and implementation of frameworks and systems, monitoring and evaluating service delivery standards to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.To provide support to EPIS care services staff and to promote high standards of personal, clinical care and documentation standards.To be successful in this position, you will need to have:Significant management experience in aged care.Comprehensive understanding of compliance and quality processes in aged care.Innovative leadership skills to build an empowered, positive team culture that is culturally appropriate.Superior written and verbal communications skills and ability to develop a positive working relationship with external stakeholders and other government and non-government organisations.Solid understanding of good governance, continuous improvement, risk management and culturally competent and safe practice working with Aboriginal and other vulnerable populations.Demonstrated knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Program (HCP) and other Commonwealth Aged Care Reform initiatives.Demonstrated understanding of contemporary aged care service delivery issues in rural and remote areas including Aboriginal communities.Understanding of legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Occupational Health and Safety.Must be a Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration.What you will receive:Salary of $120,000 plus superannuation.Rental Allowance of $20,000 per annum.Relocation expenses up to a maximum of $5000.Salary packaging.Mobile telephone and laptop.Access to a pool vehicle for work-related use.***We are unable to offer sponsorship***Interested?
