By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of Shepparton Villages.About The RoleBased on-site in Shepparton, the Clinical Operations Manager and Feedback Lead position assists Facility Managers of our Residential Care Homes and Home Care and Short-Term Restorative Care Services in leading and supporting the delivery of a high standard of clinical care for residents and to ensure SRV maintains full accreditation against the Aged Care Quality Standards and other compliance standards as required.The role leads and supports SRV's aged care services in the feedback management process, including investigations, collation and provision of necessary reports to relevant committees and responding to all feedback raised.
This includes writing initial and outcome letters to all whom raise feedback.
This role also includes supporting and coordinating efforts during unannounced visits from external regulatory bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and external independent assurance audits.
Additionally, it involves developing Remediation Action Plans where improvements are required and supporting managers in remediation efforts.This role will have a rotating roster across the homes, visiting each facility at least once a week or where the need arises.Essential Skills And Attributes (selection Criteria)An undergraduate qualification in NursingA current registration with AHPRADriven to achieve KPIs set by the Board of Management and Executive TeamAbility to prepare well-researched, clearly presented reports and submissionsAbility to demonstrate a high degree of follow-upEvidence of proactive problem-solving, resilience, and flexibilityUnderstanding of current issues facing the aged care industry and the role of the Aged Care Quality & Safety CommissionExperience in Aged Care, Health Care, or a related sectorStrong understanding of legislation and standards related to Aged Care and NDIS services, with a focus on open disclosureExperience developing, implementing, and/or maintaining quality systemsExperience leading and overseeing audit/assurance activitiesSkills in analysing and synthesising information and drawing out implications for practice and improvementExperience using process mapping and quality improvement skills to support change managementCurrent driver's licenseBenefits & CultureWe value our team and the wonderful work they do.
