About the Role Based on-site in Shepparton, the Clinical Operations Manager and Feedback Lead position assists Facility Managers of our Residential Care Homes and Home Care and Short-Term Restorative Care Services in leading and supporting the delivery of a high standard of clinical care for residents and to ensure SRV maintains full accreditation against the Aged Care Quality Standards and other compliance standards as required.
The role leads and supports SRV's aged care services in the feedback management process, including investigations, collation and provision of necessary reports to relevant committees and responding to all feedback raised.
This includes writing initial and outcome letters to all whom raise feedback.
This role also includes supporting and coordinating efforts during unannounced visits from external regulatory bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and external independent assurance audits.
Additionally, it involves developing Remediation Action Plans where improvements are required and supporting managers in remediation efforts.
This role will have a rotating roster across the homes, visiting each facility at least once a week or where the need arises.
Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria) : An undergraduate qualification in Nursing A current registration with AHPRA Driven to achieve KPIs set by the Board of Management and Executive Team Ability to prepare well-researched, clearly presented reports and submissions Ability to demonstrate a high degree of follow-up Evidence of proactive problem-solving, resilience, and flexibility Understanding of current issues facing the aged care industry and the role of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission Experience in Aged Care, Health Care, or a related sector Strong understanding of legislation and standards related to Aged Care and NDIS services, with a focus on open disclosure Experience developing, implementing, and/or maintaining quality systems Experience leading and overseeing audit/assurance activities Skills in analysing and synthesising information and drawing out implications for practice and improvement Experience using process mapping and quality improvement skills to support change management Current driver's license Benefits & Culture We value our team and the wonderful work they do.
