Clinical Operations Manager - Regional VIC This is the right role for someone with senior level management experience looking to lead the team across clinical operations.
You will report to the CEO and work alongside a strong executive team to ensure the highest quality of care to residents.
Lead, develop and support care staff, engage and be present as part of a friendly, professional team.
Working in a large, well-run NFP aged care facility in Mildura, VIC.
About the role:Oversee and manage all clinical operations of the facilityLead clinical teamWork alongside the non-clinical manager to ensure the overall running of the home is to the highest standard.Ensure high-quality aged care services, aligned with accreditation standards and organisational valuesUp to $150k + super + salary packagingCan assist with relocation and accommodation for the initial six months.Requirements:Valid AHPRA registration (DIV 1)Previous experience working in Clinical Management positionsExtensive clinical and operational knowledge.Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.Proficient knowledge of Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC documentation requirementsIPC lead is highly desirableFor more information please contact Rachel on 0415 698 677 or via email on ******.
