Lead a team of Senior Dental Assistants and assist with the business operational functions of the Dental and Oral Health Clinics Monitor operational compliance of the clinics in line with the dentistry standards and the university policies and processes.
Assist with scheduling of private and student clinics and the appointment and rostering of clinical tutors..
The role Full Time, Continuing Level 6 - $89,345 to $96,639 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga.
As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the management and coordination of the day to day clinical operations, monitoring compliance, quality control and ensuring the clinics have sound practices and processes in line with the relevant internal and external operational guidelines are key components of this role.
Individuals who can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, can cope well with prioritising tasks and managing competing demands in a busy and complex work environment, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to a health care setting, are encouraged to apply.
You will also work closely with the Clinical Director with periodic accreditation compliance reporting.
