REGISTERED NURSESWe are seeking qualified Clinical Nurses to work within our clinical team. These are full-time positions and applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor of Nursing,Hold any other qualification relevant to the aged care industry,Three years' experience in a senior nursing position within a Residential Aged Care Service,Plus a relevant or extended qualification, preferably in aged care,Strong understanding of Aged Care documentation and Standards,Ability to delegate to other staff within their scope of practice,Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, care plans, document and manage emergencies,Possess an empathetic attitude to the needs of the residents,Competent in medication and wound management,Reliable and flexible approach to a 24 hour rostering system,Recent experience in a clinical setting, hospital or aged care setting,Evidence of two Covid-19 vaccinations, and an annual influenza vaccination in accordance with the current Public Health Directive for Aged Care Facilities,Police Check Clearance, andStrong clinical and communication skills.Do not wait to submit your resume and cover letter as applications will be assessed as soon as they are received.
