The Clinical Nurse – Theatre Coordinator Will: Take responsibility to ensure all aspects of patient care are of the highest standard.
Take a key role in the leadership of the unit, be an accountable and autonomous nurse; act in the best interest of the patient at all times and take personal responsibility for own actions and decisions.
Be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, giving and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
This direct leadership role will see you leading and supporting our team members and reporting to the clinical manager.
You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and lead peri-operative nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team, to achieve goals and positive health outcomes.
What you bring Post graduate qualification in Peri-operative Nursing (Not essential) Recent Clinical experience in Peri-operative Nursing AHPRA Registration Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity and provide Clinical Leadership Demonstrated communication.
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
A desire to share your experiences and participate in the future growth and development of the unit and assist in the education to staff within the Peri-operative unit.
