We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse experienced working within a busy Emergency Department to join our team in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia! Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program Ever considered a career in the country? The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to support new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles. It is available to new and existing nurses working full-time, part-time on fixed-term and permanent contracts across 76 select sites. Eligible nurses and midwives may receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12-months. This position is located at the Kalgoorlie Health Campus. Kalgoorlie is Australia's largest Outback city where mining, history and bushland combine, located 595 km east-northeast of Perth.
To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated advanced nursing practice within the Surgical Services practice setting.Demonstrated advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making, within the Surgical Services practice setting.Experience in Quality Improvement activities within the Surgical environment.Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team.Why work for us?
