About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist who may be looking for a new opportunity in a role that will have a significant impact on the paediatric patient journey and patient flow at Dubbo Health Service.
The Paediatric Hospital In The Home (HITH) Coordinator is responsible for identifying, assessing, coordinating and supporting patients and their families to receive acute hospital care in the comfort and security of their own home.
