About this role This position provides primary triage response to all referrals made to Subiaco Community Mental Health; identifies the nature and appropriateness of referrals and sets priorities for management; collates information for presentation to the Subiaco Community Mental Health Assessment and Treatment team (ATT) and to the Continuing Treatment Teams (CTT); provides assessment and support for individuals experiencing mental health problems; conducts emergency assessments and brief intervention as required.
