Curis Recruitment are excited to partner with this fantastic health service to find them a Nurse Clinical Specialist in the Community, CAT or Remote Mental Health Teams.Job Details 3-6 month agency contract $79.00 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation Positions available in Remote, CAT, Community teams Community and Remote role is Monday – Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
There is no requirement for on-call or overtime.
CAT role is rostered shifts across the hours 7am to 11.30pm Subsidised housing provided Fully furnished housing provided Return travel provided September 2024 start Community Mental Health TeamThe Community Mental Health Team offers longer-term treatment for at-risk adults with serious mental illness and associated disability requiring intervention by specialist mental health services.
Care is coordinated by a Case Manager with links to other allied health services programs.
The Team follows the Recovery Model of Care with a Client Centred focus and at times is able to provide Assertive Outreach to some of the client base.
The Team is a multi-disciplinary teams of nurses, allied health professionals and an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with a dedicated full time Consultant Psychiatrist and a dedicated Psychiatric Registrar.CAT Mental Health RNThe Crisis Assessment Treatment Team has the primary function of acting as the first point of contact for most people experiencing mental health issues to access Mental Health Services in Central Australia and provide a single point of contact for clients wishing to contact mental health services on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis.The LocationYou will be living in the third largest town in the Northern Territory.
Nestled in the heart of Australia's ochre outback and hauntingly beautiful mountain ranges, this town embodies the quintessential Australian spirit, from the ancient desert it sits upon to the Aboriginal culture that is woven into the very fabric of life here.
