There is no requirement for on-call or overtime. CAT role is rostered shifts across the hours 7am to 11.30pm Subsidised housing provided Fully furnished housing provided Return travel provided September 2024 start Community Mental Health TeamThe Community Mental Health Team offers longer-term treatment for at-risk adults with serious mental illness and associated disability requiring intervention by specialist mental health services. Care is coordinated by a Case Manager with links to other allied health services programs. The Team follows the Recovery Model of Care with a Client Centred focus and at times is able to provide Assertive Outreach to some of the client base. The Team is a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals and an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with a dedicated full-time Consultant Psychiatrist and a dedicated Psychiatric Registrar.CAT Mental Health RNThe Crisis Assessment Treatment Team has the primary function of acting as the first point of contact for most people experiencing mental health issues to access Mental Health Services in Central Australia and provide a single point of contact for clients wishing to contact mental health services on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis.To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:Current AHPRA registration with no restrictionsExperience in the relevant field of Mental Health Nursing (e.g., community or CAT teams)Recognised qualifications in Mental Health NursingInterested in applying?
