About this role This position provides primary triage response to all referrals made to the Wanneroo/Butler Catchment; identifies the nature and appropriateness of referrals and set priorities for management; collates information for presentation to the Wanneroo Assessment Treatment team (ATT) and to the Clinical Treatment Teams (CTT); provides assessment and support for individuals experiencing mental health problems; conducts emergency assessments and brief intervention as required.
This role reports to the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
