The successful applicant is entitled to receive a $5,000 pro-rata payment for eligible part-time employees based on hours worked to live and work in Katanning. This is a Permanent full-time vacancy. The Clinical Nurse Specialist has a key role in the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of senior's health and community rehabilitation services to patients in the Great Southern in line with evidenced based practice. Promotes clinical leadership within the Seniors Health and Community.
About You Demonstrated advanced clinical experience and clinical competence in nursing, rehabilitation and bio psychosocial assessment within an interdisciplinary model of service delivery.Demonstrated ability to initiate and participate in clinical governance activities, including risk management and best practice principles.Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and the ability to facilitate clinical practice education.Current 'C' class driver's licence and ability to travel within the region.Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety & Health, and how these impact on employment, people management and service delivery.To learn more about the role, please refer to the attached Job Description Form and contact Kate Turner on 9892 8215.
