About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our new 20-bed inpatient Rehabilitation Ward in early 2025.
This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and acting as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, providing patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

Your Skills and Experience
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
You will also demonstrate:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years' experience in the specialty area Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional Team leading experience Excellent time management skills and well-developed clinical problem-solving skills A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance Postgraduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essential Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 2.1-2.4)
