RN-2: Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? As a Level 2 Registered Nurse (Clinical Nurse), you will play a pivotal role within our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with the Nurse Manager for organisational support and the Respiratory Nurse Consultant for clinical coordination. This role focuses on empowering respiratory patients through wellness education, individualised case management, and facilitating safe transitions between inpatient and community care. You'll also be responsible for initiating and managing home oxygen therapy, monitoring patients' symptoms and risks, and ensuring seamless communication with the wider respiratory team and healthcare providers.
