What your day will look like As a Clinical Nurse, your day will be a balance of providing expert care and leadership within a multidisciplinary team, while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
You'll autonomously manage complex care situations, lead nursing decisions, and coordinate care for aged care residents, always adhering to evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
In addition to direct care, you'll mentor staff, engage in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate on strategic resource management, all while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
