Clinical Nurse - Older Persons Community Mental HealthNorthern Adelaide Local Health Network – Older Persons Mental Health Service – ModburySalary: $87,416 - $110,497 p.a. (pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – RN2CTemporary Full-Time, up to 28 June 2025About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Older Persons Community Mental Health team. As a Clinical Nurse in our Older Persons Community Mental Health Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older individuals facing mental health challenges. Your expertise and compassion will contribute to improving the well-being and quality of life of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing personalised care plansCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and holistic careProviding counselling, education and support to clients and their caregiversAdvocating for the rights and dignity of older individuals with mental health concernsMaintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical recordsMinimum Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
