We are seeking dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinical Nurses to join a multidisciplinary Acute Care Team in regional Queensland.
You will provide acute care by triaging through the Emergency Department (ED) and managing intake for community-based patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and stabilising patients in crisis, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community services.
