What's on offer?
Remuneration package of up to $132,289 p.a.
Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a.
(+ applicable allowances/benefits) (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1).4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading and 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.About the role
Kirwan Community Care Team provides a range of services to consumers in the short, medium and long term.
These include: Individual treatment programs, Family interventions, Individual and Group therapy, Psychology services, Psychiatric Outpatient Clinics and Case Management.
The Community Mental Health Service provides community-based assessment and treatment using case management in the context of a multi-disciplinary team, for people with moderate to severe mental health problems.
The Clinical Nurse will participate as a member of the Mental Health Team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework.
The position is responsible for ensuring the implementation of individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, multidisciplinary consultation, liaison with referring agents, discharge planning and evaluation of care using appropriate outcome and data measurement systems.
Role requirements Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.Why Choose Us?
