Excellent resident to staff ratio and a role that would suit a Senior RN/Lead RN in Charge or a Clinical Nurse/Clinical Team Lead. Your clinical expertise alongside ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditation requirements, completing clinical data audits and coach and mentor staff whilst building positive relationships with residents and families.
