Clinical Nurse Manager - Paediatric Critical Care Salary: ANF Level SRN 4 $129,144.00 per annum

This is a Permanent Full Time Appointment We are seeking a senior Registered Nurse that is suitably experienced in leadership and the critical care environment for this Clinical Nurse Manager role. Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for:
Leading and managing the Nursing and Assistants in Nursing to deliver evidence-based care to achieve optimal patient outcomes within allocated resources.Improving and maintaining standards, developing solutions and delivering outcomes consistent with service and organisational imperatives and targets.Ensuring that the paediatric critical care unit meets the requirement for delivery of a patient-centred service against key performance indicators: quality, budget and human resource.Providing a consultation and liaison service within their area of expertise to relevant internal and external customers.The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people.
CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
