Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program Ever considered a career in the country? The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to support new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles. It is available to new and existing nurses working full-time, part-time on fixed-term and permanent contracts across 76 select sites. Eligible nurses and midwives may receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12-months. Position Profile: Provide advanced clinical patient care and managerial leadership through specialised knowledge in area of nursing at Kalgoorlie Health Campus and provide advanced clinical knowledge and support to promote the delivery of best – practice, evidenced – based nursing care according to standards of practice in nursing at Kalgoorlie Health Campus.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated advanced clinical practice in a related position. Demonstrated participation in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Demonstrated interpersonal, and a high level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to promote a team environment. Demonstrated experience in the management of human, physical and material resources.
