Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12 months - WA Country Health Service - Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program About this role: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic individual to the position of Clinical Nurse Manager – Inpatient Department.
Through effective nursing, the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for standards of nursing practice and monitoring client/patient care in the Inpatient Department at Hedland Health Campus.
You will also promote and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, carers, peers, visitors, medical staff and other members of the health care team.
As the Inpatient Department Clinical Nurse Manager, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the health of the local community in a way that is immeasurably rewarding.
You will be responsible for providing advanced clinical nursing practice and governance to ensure safe and quality patient care in the region.
Specifically, you will provide nursing leadership and management by supporting the regional management team.
Importantly you will develop and implement initiatives for including progression of the health reform strategy, continuous quality improvement and improving patient safety.
