Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical) Attractive salary along with salary packaging options - up to $18,550 tax free Work for a national, industry leader in community care Friendly and supportive Leadership Team Hybrid model - Office (Osborne Park & WFH) The opportunity We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team on a permanent Full-Time basis. This role will see you having accountability for both the Ambulatory Liaison Nurse Service and the Silverchain Hospital Liaison Nurse Service (SCLN) teams. The service provides 7/24-hour service covering WA but also into other states after hours.
The ALN team support the clinical services in coordination of referrals and provide referrers information on services available /eligibility and follow up as appropriate. The SCLN team support the Perth Metropolitan Hospital Network for incoming clients to Silverchain and follow up current clients who are inpatients on a need's basis.
The Clinical Nurse Manager role will have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of these teams including recruitment, rostering and budget management. Nurturing of Internal and external relationships with key stakeholders is a key component of the role.
Key Responsibilities This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Senior Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience and a strong commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for Silver Chain clients in their home.
For this role you will be a collaborative and supportive leader providing direction and best care framework clinical practice and standards across the nursing delivery service that meet organisational goals.
