About the role: We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the friendly and supportive team at our Juniper The Residency Residential Aged Care Facility in Northam. The 45 bed site takes pride in a homely atmosphere and community feel. Ongoing close relationships are built between long-term staff, residents, their families, and the local community.
In this rewarding role, you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site, ensuring all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights.
This is a permanent full-time position working 75 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
