Clinical Nurse Manager – ICU Royal Melbourne Hospital Full time and part time hours available.5 weeks annual leave, ADOs and Salary Packaging options.Work alongside a supportive, collective team!About the role: The ICU Clinical Nurse Manager supports the ICU Nurse Unit Manager in leading and developing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. This role focuses on clinical excellence, managing risks, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of best practice. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, the Clinical Nurse Manager promotes Melbourne Health's core values, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff, while meeting organisational goals and performance indicators. Permanent Part Time hours are available working Monday – Friday.
