To support the continued focus of person-centered care within the organisation, ARRCS are actively recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to support the management and oversee the Support Workers and Registered Nurses at our Hetti Perkins Home Care Facility. Located in Alice Springs, NT, this role will see you responsible for the coordination of our consumers in residential care; the leadership and management of staff (nursing and care assistants) to ensure high quality, safe person-centered care.
The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning, oversees education programs, and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process.
This role would suit a Registered Nurse with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a multi-disciplinary team. You will be hands-on in your management style and enjoy providing mentorship and guidance to both your direct and indirect staff.
Hetti Perkins is a 60-bed facility and is an Indigenous service, home to people from various local communities and language groups. At ARRCS, we work with local communities to support and develop an Indigenous workforce with knowledge and understanding to provide culturally appropriate care.
