The RoleAs the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing clinical operations within a large residential aged care facility. You'll steer a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring that all clinical processes—from assessments and care planning to compliance and staff development—are executed to the highest standards. This position is integral to maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring residents feel at home, valued, and well cared for.
