We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager – After hours at our Karratha Health Campus in the Pilbara.
This is for a Fixed Term & Permanent position with Full-Time hours.
About this role: To manage and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team ensuring provision of safe high quality clinical care and appropriate use of resources within the Karratha Health Campus.
Management of human and material resources and environmental safety for the provisions of a safe and cost-effective care after hours.
Is the designated local coordinator of Emergency Management for the hospital after hours until the designated local response coordinator arrives.
This role reports to the District Director of Nursing & Midwifery and works collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Managers and Clinical Midwife Specialists.
What we are looking for: Highly experienced and values-driven Clinical Nurse Manager - After HoursProvides clinical leadership, expertise and consultancy to nursing, medical and allied healthcare professionals and providers in Karratha Health Campus.Supervises the clinical practice delivered by nursing staff at Karratha Health.Coordinates the hospital operations and is responsible for effective allocation of staff after hours.How to apply: Applicants are required to apply online and your application should include:
