What is our Clinical Nurse role? A Clinical Nurse at North Metropolitan Mental Health Service (NMMHS) Community Mental Health Clinics functions as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team; is responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas; provides consultation to staff, consumers, families/carers, and other services; is responsible for assessment of consumers in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist as necessary.
