As a Clinical Nurse in the Primary Care team at Acacia Prison, you'll provide clinical assessment and intervention strategies for a diverse inmate population. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support rehabilitation, and ensure a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA.

To be successful in this role you'll have:
A valid registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRAExperience in clinical assessment, care planning, and discharge planningStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA commitment to ongoing professional developmentExperience working in a forensic or correctional environment (desirable)You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
