This is a permanent, full-time position, 80 hours per fortnight. Currently, there are 2 permanent positions available for immediate filling. About the roleThere are many reasons to choose to work with Health Services in the primary care setting including flexible hours, autonomy in decision making, broad scope of practice, nurse-led clinics, and the ability to up-skill and fast-track your nursing career. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing clinical leadership, critical thinking, and direct care to patients throughout the patient journey in a custodial setting.
You will manage the delivery of nursing care using well developed skills to manage patients with routine, urgent and chronic disease health conditions; health promotion and education; preventative health and immunisation; emergency response and medication management.
