What your day will look like…. You'll start your day by working closely with your multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and offering clinical expertise to manage complex cases. As a leader, you'll provide support to registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and assistants in nursing, guiding them through their responsibilities while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Throughout the day, you'll ensure high standards of care are being met, conducting quality audits, risk assessments, and facilitating improvements in clinical practices. You'll be a key figure in mentoring staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based care, and supporting your team in maintaining a culture of learning and professional development. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in educational initiatives, assist with policy development, and contribute to ongoing research projects, all while maintaining a focus on improving patient outcomes.
