The Clinical Nurse contributes to, and participates in, the education of all clinical staff by being involved in department orientation, in-servicing and clinical competence programs.
The Clinical Nurse will also make a valuable contribution to the Hospital continuous improvement processes.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring the below criteria: Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of AustraliaRelevant post graduate qualification plus 12 months experience working in the clinical specialty/area ORMinimum of 4 years post registration experience, including 3 years' experience in the relevant specialty/areaAcquired Advanced Life Support 2 (ALS 2) certificationUnderstanding scope of practiceAbility to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skillsDemonstrated knowledge / experience in accreditation processes, clinical indicators and other quality projects.Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $101,393.65 - $107,728.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
