This will be a hands-on role working out on the floorwith our lovely residents and would be suited to an establishedClinical Nurse or a senior Registered Nurse looking to move to thenext level in their career.Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, this a full-timepermanent position to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.About the role:Provide clinical leadership to ensure quality nursingcareAnalyse clinical outcomes and provide timely feedback onimprovement strategies for the care teamWorking within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure allaspects of care recipients' physical, emotional, social,spiritual and clinical care needs are addressedMentor the clinical team to ensure they develop goodcommunication channels with clients and their familiesReport, analyse, review and implement quality improvementstrategiesAbout you:You genuinely care about your team and residents and enrichingthe ageing experience.
