Clinical Nurse – Oncology Ward Permanent Part Time Position: Grow Your Career in A Friendly and Welcoming Environment An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our team within the oncology ward at John Flynn Private Hospital.
As a nurse in our oncology team, you will deliver expert clinical care to patients in the 24-bed oncology ward.
You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work closely alongside a supportive team of nurses, medical professionals, and clinical support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
About You To succeed in this role, you will have excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
You will also bring: Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years Oncology experienceChemotherapy & Immunotherapy administrationCompletion of ADAC ModulesThe flexibility to work across a rotating roster will be essentialUnderstanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registrationRemuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4).
