About the facility:
The 95-bed residential aged care home situated close to Caloundra, QLD has the passion and support from the local community to exist as a thriving Aged Care facility with the team focused on delivering high-quality care.
About the role:
The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Duties: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including ACFI and accreditation standards and processes.Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staffSupport the Clinical Manager in all operations of the facilityAssist the aged care home to strive for achieving 100% compliance with Quality standards 100% of the timeSkills and experience: Current Registration as Registered NurseTertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social SciencesExperience in working closely with multidisciplinary teamsBenefits: Leadership training included with fantastic support from managementGreat benefits and work life family balanceImpressive Salary Package availableHow to Apply:
