We are seeking a Clinical Nurse (CN) who will complement our devoted team and bring with them great enthusiasm, passion, knowledge and a highly progressive approach to providing excellence in Medical and Rehabilitation nursing. As the Clinical Nurse your responsibilities will include: Work with the NUM to deliver quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual patient care within the team.Provide a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education, maintaining high quality nursing care within a safe environment.Develop and utilise strategies that encourage an atmosphere conducive to effective communication.Work in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care, promoting beneficial relationships.Why Healthscope? Selection Criteria: PASSION for Medical and Rehabilitation!Current Registration with AHPRA.Minimum of 5 years RN nursing experience with recent CN experience.Preference for Post-Grad Qualifications (Rehabilitation).Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality patient care.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.Applications close: 2nd December 2024.
