Clinical Nurse

Position Overview: The Peninsula Private Hospital Medical and Rehabilitation team is a group of passionate, dedicated professionals who daily provide exceptional services and programs to our patients with a focus on treating the individual for the best possible outcomes.
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse (CN) who will complement our devoted team and bring great enthusiasm, passion, knowledge, and a highly progressive approach to providing excellence in Medical and Rehabilitation nursing. Responsibilities: Work with the NUM to deliver quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care within the team.Provide a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education, maintaining high-quality nursing care within a safe environment.Develop and utilise strategies that encourage an atmosphere conducive to effective communication.Work in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care, promoting beneficial relationships.Selection Criteria: PASSION for Medical and Rehabilitation!Current Registration with AHPRA.Minimum of 5 years RN nursing experience with recent CN experience.Preference for Post-Grad Qualifications (Rehabilitation).Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.Applications close: 2nd December 2024.
