The Clinical Nurse Educator provides support and clinical development/training to staff while fostering a preceptor/mentor role.
The role formulates, coordinates, and evaluates unit-based educational programs; assessment and demonstration of clinical procedures.

A patient and family focused culture that supports the NUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change. The position contributes to the overall improvement of health service delivery. Ideal Candidate Has current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and relevant post registration experience in the specialty. Holds or is working towards a Certificate IV in Education.
