In this ongoing role, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical education and support to our nursing staff. Whilst this will be a CNE role there will be an element of the role that will include clinical support on the floor to responsibilities include:Deliver comprehensive clinical education and training to nursing staff on the medical ward.Facilitate skill development and competency enhancement among nursing personnel through hands-on training and mentorship.Collaborate with unit managers and healthcare providers to identify learning needs and develop tailored educational programs.Provide ongoing clinical support on the floor, assisting with patient care activities and ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and implement improvements as needed to enhance staff performance and patient as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, offering guidance and support in clinical decision-making and complex patient team requires someone who has:Registered Nurse with current registrations with AHPRAPrevious experience within a clinical nurse education roleExcellent time management and organization skillsDemonstrated problem solving and decision-making skillHigh level interpersonal skillsWorking for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
