Education opportunities include on the ground face to face delivery, e-learning and a range of multi-modal resources created by CRANAplus for our members and wider community.Join an innovative, values-driven not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Australia's remote and isolated populations.A full-time opportunity based in Adelaide with an occasional requirement to travel interstate for course delivery.Delivery of online and face-to-face courses tailored to the healthcare models in remote, isolated, or rural settings, including modules on emergency and primary healthcare.Liaise with Adelaide-based facilities, healthcare services, and professionals to create networking opportunities for education development.Liaise with the Learning Design Team to provide expert content for our online and workshop learning resources.Work with a vast network of Health Professionals who volunteer their expertise to co-facilitate and support our course delivery.Competitive package including additional annual leave, study leave, salary packaging, qualification recognition, and professional development contributions.What we're looking forWe are seeking a dynamic and energised professional ready to join our team and hit the ground running!AHPRA Registered Nurse, Midwife, or relevant discipline.Experience as a Clinician and as an Educator, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in emergency care, including Advanced Life Support.Experience in health and remote/isolated settings, and a demonstrated understanding and alignment with CRANAplus' core business and strategic vision.Demonstrated knowledge and application of culturally safe practices, and the ability to work respectfully, effectively, and collaboratively with First Nations People and communities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
