We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to facilitate and support the development of the nursing workforce by planning, promoting, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education programs in the clinical setting/ward/unit.
The Role: Develop and deliver clinical education programs.Support staff in clinical competency development and assessments.Ensure compliance with current healthcare standards and practices.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.Mentor and guide nursing staff in professional development.Details of appointment: Fixed term, part time, day worker, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from 29 December 2024 until 27 March 2025.
