Clinical Nurse (Drug and Alcohol Brief Intervention Team) (Maryborough) Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service – Maryborough QLD Take a chance, progress your career and discover all that the Wide Bay has to offer.
Your opportunity: To provide expert clinical and client-centred care within the Drug & Alcohol Brief Intervention Team (DABIT) through shift-by-shift team leadership.
Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
Provide Clinical assessment, review, referral of clients presenting to Departments of Emergencies in within the guidelines of the Qld Drug and Alcohol Brief Intervention Team (DABIT) Model of Service 2017.
Responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research within the Drug & Alcohol Brief Intervention Team (DABIT).
The Clinical Nurse practices autonomously, is a contributing member of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (AODS) Clinical Management Team, applies critical thinking and provides leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to AODS clients.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
